End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Volley grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial participation in closed pacts of two to five friends (“your people”) to log one daily move, volley it within the pact, and receive the composed daily card when the heat closes.

2. Restrictions

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract any future on-device vision model (none is included in the current prototype).
• Use the App to share Health data, card content, or notes with individuals who are not current members of your active pact.
• Publish or distribute the App or any derivative.

3. HealthKit, Camera, and Permissions — Planned Features

The design contemplates HealthKit read-only access, on-device camera use for machine screen capture, and limited contacts access for pact invites. These features are not yet implemented in the current static prototype. The prototype does not request these permissions.

4. Termination

You may delete the App or step off any pact at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or abuse the ritual.

5. No Warranty; Beta Software

THE APP IS BETA SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTED VIA APPLE’S TESTFLIGHT PROGRAM. THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the vision model will read every treadmill screen correctly or that cards will compose without error.

6. Apple-Specific Terms and Disclaimer

Apple Inc. (“Apple”) is not a party to this EULA. Apple is not responsible for the App or for any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
