End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Slim Software Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Volley for personal, non-commercial use: select your workout from Apple Health, fill your lane, and create a daily card.

2. Restrictions

• Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the App’s source code except where applicable law permits it.
• Use the App or a card to misrepresent another person’s activity.
• Publish or distribute the App or any derivative.

3. HealthKit, Photos, and sharing

With your permission, the App reads selected workout fields from Apple Health on your device. It does not write workouts to HealthKit or send Health data to Slim Software Limited. Photos access is add-only and used when you choose Save. Sharing occurs only through Apple’s share sheet after you choose a destination.

4. Termination

You may stop using or delete the App at any time. We may discontinue the App or terminate your license if you violate these terms, subject to applicable law.

5. No Warranty

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Workout information may be incomplete or delayed and must not be used as medical advice.

6. Apple-Specific Terms and Disclaimer

Apple Inc. (“Apple”) is not a party to this EULA. Apple is not responsible for the App or for any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
