The daily ritual

The Service exists for one purpose: one move per person per day inside a closed pact of two to five friends. When every member of the pact has moved, the heat closes and composes into a single card. The card is the only public artifact the Service produces. One card a day. Then close the app.

The Service deliberately contains no streaks, no leaderboards, no infinite feed, and no public profiles. If a feature would require any of those, it does not exist.

Eligibility & pacts

You may use the Service only with people you know personally (your “people”). Pacts are limited to five members. Adding a person requires two-sided consent. You may step off a pact at any time; both sides are notified.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse pacts, send harassing notes, or use the Service to coordinate activity outside the ritual. The card is for your people only. Do not attempt to make the card public or scrape other users’ data.

No public content or discovery

All activity inside a pact is private to its members. There is no public feed, no searchable profiles, no global leaderboard. The only thing that ever leaves the pact is the card you choose to share yourself (as a static image or Story loop).

Intellectual property

The card design language, lane components, wordmark, and all Court direction assets are the exclusive property of Volley. You retain ownership of your own notes and captions. You grant Volley a limited license to render and (if you choose) export the card you helped create.

Beta & TestFlight

The Service is currently distributed via Apple’s TestFlight program. Features, availability, and behavior may change without notice. We may pause or end the beta at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS”. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for missed heats, lost data, or decisions you make based on the numbers in your card.
